  • Mae’d Moments offers month-of coordination, partial planning, and full-service planning for couples who want a seamless and intentional celebration. While every package is thoughtfully designed, most of our couples choose partial planning for the perfect balance of guidance, organization, and day-of support.

  • Yes! Mae’d Moments is based outside Chattanooga, Tennessee, and proudly serves couples throughout the surrounding areas and beyond. Travel for destination weddings or venues outside the local region is absolutely available, with a custom travel quote provided when needed.

  • Most couples secure their wedding planner or coordinator 6–14 months in advance to ensure availability and adequate planning time. However, if your wedding date is approaching quickly, we always welcome last-minute inquiries and will do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes! Rehearsal coordination is available to make sure your ceremony processional, timing, and participants feel confident and prepared. This service helps create a smooth, stress-free transition into your wedding day.

  • After your consultation call, you’ll select what planning package best suits your needs. From there, a signed contract and retainer payment officially reserves your wedding on the Mae’d Moments calendar. From there, planning begins with supportive guidance and communication.
